Animoto - Turn pictures into Video.

This is a really neat online program. It is free for 30 second clips and $30.00 for a year pass for unlimited length videos. What you do is upload the pictures that you want in your video either from your computer or an online photo site. You pick music from them or upload your own. Then in a few minutes, longer depending on how many are in front of you and depending on the length of your video, you will have the options to download, upload it to Youtube or send your friends a link to it on Animoto.

June 23th GOBA Troy to Celina

We had a blast riding with the other tandems and Stoker kids.. These 2 girls were very funny.. After they would pass you they would pull out their bubble wands and shower you with bubbles. It is a kids way of flipping you off saying I am faster then you and you cannot catch me.. I was laughing so hard..  Notice all the tandems.

There was 4 of us to start with then another one joined us.. When we left the lunch stop we had about 30 people with us.. It was so cool.. Shane and Hailey and Morgan and I pulled away from the rest of them. Then Shane and Hailey pulled away from us.. I am glad she didn't have any bubbles..  We got in around 1:00. 37 miles for the day.. We started at 8:00 and took long breaks.. Morgan and I cannot wait till next year.. I am ready to put my vacation time in already..We had  over 240 miles for the week..

June 22th GOBA Troy to Versailles

It was cloudy when we left this morning.. After about 3 miles it started to drizzle.. We put on our rain jackets and thought that would be fine. A few minutes later the skies opened up and we were getting soaked. By the time we got to the AM rest stop we were cold  and not happy campers. I was very concerned about Morgan.. I got out the helmet covers and rain socks. We were now a little warmer but not really happy yet. We found there was a 20 mile short cut. All we would have to do is to make a right after Lunch instead of going to the left.. After 3 miles we would be at the 50 mile mark.. It worked like a charm. We got in at 10:30 and was able to get a spot in the gym at the school. So no setting up the tent and tearing it down for the last night..  We were very happy campers now.. We walked around the city and the sun came out.. We went to the GOBA song contest in the eventing. We are supposed to ride with Shane and Haley tomorrow.. Miles for the day was 36.

June 21th GOBA Layover day in Troy

Sorry about the turned photos and video.. I will fix them when I get a chance..

Morgan and I had Chris Cakes for Breakfast. The thing about this is that he flips you the pancakes. For seconds just stay seated and yell seconds and here they come flying.. It is very funny. I thought I was going to wear one but the kid caught it at the last second.. We went down town and took some cool photos.

We went to see The Fantastic Four Silver Surfer. We really enjoyed it there was only 8 of us in the theater..

I was so proud of Morgan today.. We went to a water park.. I told her she should try the water slide. She said only if I do it.. I have never been on one and really didn't want to do it.. But I said OK.. We went up there and she could not do it..We had to walk down the steps.. I kept trying to get her to do it.. I finally said OK.. I am going to do it and I will be back.. I did it and I really didn't like it.. But I can say I did it.. I finally convinced her to try it.. She did and it she came running over and told me "THAT WAS SWEET!!!". I am so glad she was able to put her fear aside.. She then ran back in line. She must have done it about 12 times. I finally told her it was the last time and that she should try the enclosed one that is faster. .She did and she thatought that was also sweet... I let her try it again..

June 20th GOBA Wapakoneta to Troy

It was very cold last night especially compared to the 90+ degrees it was yesterday. It was in the 50's this morning. While we were riding someone was off on the side of the rode with the ambulance there. They were putting on a neck brace on.
We went to the Bicycle Museum at the morning snack stop. I was not going to go in. I was going to tell Morgan that we did not have time.. I had to slow down for a second and think when would I get this chance again.

I am so glad that we went in..

Morgan loved this bicycle. It had a set of pedals for each one of us.. But how would we get it out the door with out getting caught?

Morgan started to bonk a little bit. She didn't want to drink or eat anything. So I pulled out the water bottle and soaked my back first. Then I started to squirt her. It took a couple of times of doing that to respond. She started to eat and drink after that.. I told her that it looked like rain as she was looking for the clouds I soaked her again..  We really pushed it today and was in at 1:30. Milage for the day was 62 miles which is a Metric Century.. We beat most people in today.  It was very cool when we got into Troy they gave a survivor buff and a "Troy Pin".

We set up camp about 20 yards from the luggage trailer. I took the tandem in to get worked on the rear brake was rubbing so that was slowing us down all day. Century Cycles did a great job on the tandem. I took off the extra pair of stoker bars.  Morgan like it with out the extra pair of Bars. We rode our bicyle down town to get some ice cream at the WildBerry.. It was so good..
