I got up this morning wanting to go to the gym. I have not been to the gym before work in about five months. So it was four am and I sent out a couple emails, surfed a little. Then it was almost five and I was making every excuse not to go... Let's see not enough time, don't feel like it and etc.. So I got up and went, I worked out on the arc trainer then the nautilus machines. I was way early I will get to work about an hour early..

July 6th Workout #?? 3rd Day of the year

I really need to get back up todate on the subject lines of my blog.. I just have to find the paper that I have the information written down on.. I made it to the gym today.. It was supposed to rain so I did not ride my bike to work.. I did the arc trainer and Nautilus machines..

March 11th. Workout #058-07

Went to the gym this afternoon. I did 15 minutes on the Arc trainer and then my nautilus machines. I then had to drive to Auburn Hills Michigan for work. I will be there all week. I am really excited to be learning the software but I really didn't want to go for the week.. But you have to do what you have too..  6,312 steps

March 8th. Workout #055-07

Went to the gym this morning and I did the nautilus machines. I wanted to get in another workout this evening but that did not happen.. Even though the gym is open till 10:00 if I am not there by 7:00 I can't get myself to go.. 8,953 steps for the day.

March 1st Workout #050-07

I made it to the gym this evening. I did Nautilus, elliptical trainer and the versa climber. I ended up with 11,735 steps for the day.
