March 31st Work out #074-07 91st Day of the year

What a great day. I helped the Rock-n-Ride Tour De Cure committee pass out  brochures. We had a lot of fun. We then went to the Winking Lizard in Peninsula for lunch. I did really well. I had their  salad with spicy chicken. No bacon and no dressing. It was really good.. I also did 15 miles on my mountain bike. I was flying. It was great there was no wind. Steps for the day 13,117

Tour De Cure

We are in full swing of getting ready fo rthe Tour De Cure. I am on the recruitment team. We are doing well in getting riders. I am also doing the ride. I am the captain of "Team Wipeout".
